Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment to Your Time- Because VeniQuick Mobile Lab provides dedicated, one-on-one appointments, your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you. We understand that life can be unpredictable, and we strive to be as flexible as possible while maintaining a reliable schedule for all of our patients. Cancellations- We kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice for any cancellations. If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied. This helps us cover the time specifically set aside for your home visit. Rescheduling- Should you need to move your appointment, we offer free rescheduling up to 24 hours before your scheduled time. There is no penalty for adjusting your visit within this window, as we want to ensure our service fits seamlessly into your life. Late Changes- Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to the standard cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and your commitment to helping us provide the highest quality of mobile care to the entire community.
